Ascent Tech Solutions consultants will later identify the issues/incidents and resolve them. Once an issue is resolved, the same will be updated in the Solution Manager and communicated to end users.
The support team members of Ascent Tech Solutions will carry out the support as logged in the Solution Manager. The issues will be discussed with the Company support team members before accepting them for resolution.
Once accepted, the status will be set to “Accepted” in the help desk tool. Subsequently the issues will be “Assigned to “the Ascent Tech Solutions support team members.
Upon picking up an issue, its status will be set to “In Progress”. Immediately after resolving an issue, the status will be changed to “Fixed” and appropriate notification will be sent to the Company support team members for testing.
On successful testing the status has to be changed to “Closed” by the Company support team members.
