The four-stage methodology

- System Conversion. Technical conversion (brownfield) or re-implementation (greenfield) with full regression testing.
- Stabilisation. Hypercare, performance tuning, and issue resolution immediately after go-live.
- Continuous Improvement. Ongoing optimisation and adoption of S/4HANA innovations.
